Pre-Sales Services

For all of our products our experienced team are available to assit with your software evaluations or pilot installations. We are pleased to assist with:-

  • Trial software installation and configuration
  • Post trial installation queries and support


Post-Sales Support Services

All of our products are offered with a superior technical email and telephone support service. Our support team are highly experienced and have gained qualifications in each product within our portfolio and their relevant environment.  Ongoing training and regular evaluations ensure that they are up to date with new product developments.

Support Team Availability: 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday


Version Updates and Software Upgrade Services

Customers who have a current maintenance contract are eligible to receive version upgrades and new releases free of charge.  If your contract is due to expire or has already expired please contact your account representative for renewal details.


Training and Consultancy Services

Complementing our support services, we can additionally provide a range of training and consultancy services to ensure that your solutions are running effectively and efficiently. Our consultants have an in-depth experience of the products and will help you to configure the software to your requirements.

Servaplex training and consultancy services include:

  • Pre-installation / pre-purchase assessment leading to advice on your requirements.
  • On site Installation and configuration.
  • Admin and User training, on site or at our own office.
