Servaplex provides first line suppport for all our product range.

 

Product Evaluation

Servaplex will provide up to 30 days free email, telephone and remote support for all customers evaluating our range of software products.  Work carried out onsite at customer premises may incur additional cost.

Valid Support Contracts

Customers with a valid support / maintenance contract are entiled to email, telephone and remote support for the duration of the contract.  Access to free update maintenance software is also provided subject to specific contract terms.  Work carried out onsite at customer premises may incur additional cost.
