Q4 Recap @ Servaplex
Looking back at a very busy close to the business year, Servaplex has showcased a great line-up of events, collaborations, and community engagements. Here’s a recap of our final quarter, from seminars to IT innovation summits and all the highlights in between.
Visiting our European Partners
Servaplex attended the ManageEngine User Conference in Poznan, Poland, in October, hosted by MWT Solutions S.A. This conference was a great chance to connect with ManageEngine’s European partners and share insights and strategies for driving success across the continent. Special thanks to Marcin Tyburski, Maciej Durczak, and the MWT team for making it an unforgettable experience.
Customer Success Visits
For the last two months, we’ve been visiting our customers in person to build stronger relationships and connect face-to-face. In October, we had the pleasure of having Arun Das from the ManageEngine UEMS team, who visited many of our customers alongside our own Sarneek Tiwari and Gerry Cullen. Through personalised visits, we worked closely with our clients to provide customised strategies, helping them get the most out of their Endpoint Management and IT Security solutions.
SREcon24 Europe
Late October took us to the SREcon24 event at The Convention Centre Dublin, which was a must-attend event for site reliability and system engineering enthusiasts. Tim McAlpin represented Servaplex and was joined by Rashedha Camila from the ManageEngine Site24x7 team. They spent the day fielding questions and connecting with participants on topics such as server, network, and app performance monitoring. It was a great experience for everyone interested in the future of site reliability.
HEAnet Conference 2024
This year’s HEAnet conference in Killarney was an incredible experience for the Servaplex team! It gave us the chance to meet so many amazing people from the education and tech sectors, catch up with our customers, hear their feedback, and share the latest in IT solutions. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat and reconnect—you made the event even more rewarding.
Our stand was very busy, from our exciting lucky draw and fun swag to great conversations about how ManageEngine can simplify IT management for education and beyond. The energy and enthusiasm from attendees were amazing, and we enjoyed having the chance to showcase solutions designed to make IT easier and more efficient.
The lucky draw was a fun highlight, and congratulations to all our winners! A big thanks to Gerry Cullen, Tim McAlpin, and Aoife Walsh for their hard work at the stand—they brought enthusiasm, expertise, and a friendly approach that stood out to everyone who visited.
Reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting new ones who are interested in advancing technology in education was so rewarding. Being back in the Kingdom of Kerry for HEAnet 2024 was an absolute highlight, and we’re already excited about next year. Thanks to everyone who helped make it such a memorable experience—we’re looking forward to staying connected and seeing you all again soon!
Public Sector Cyber Seminar
This year’s Paradyn Public Sector Cyber Seminar at the amazing Kilkea Castle was a resounding success. The event brought together IT professionals and public sector leaders for a day of engaging discussions and expert-led presentations on the latest in cybersecurity.
A standout session from Rob Norton and Paul Casey on ManageEngine’s Endpoint Central highlighted the critical role of patch management and endpoint security in safeguarding organisations against emerging threats. The event also provided insights into practical strategies for staying ahead in today’s rapidly evolving cyber landscape.
We were thrilled to be part of such a fantastic day, made even better by Paradyn’s wonderful hospitality and the chance to share ManageEngine goodie bags (umbrellas included!) with attendees. Events like this underscore the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing in building resilient IT systems for the public sector.
Looking Ahead To 2025
As we wrap up a very busy final quarter, we look forward to 2025 and the events that follow. We look forward to diving into discussions on NIS2 and DORA compliance, two critical regulatory areas that are reshaping cybersecurity frameworks across Europe.
Thank you to all our attendees, partners, and speakers who helped make these events a success. Stay tuned for more from Servaplex and ManageEngine as we continue to push the boundaries in cybersecurity and IT innovation.
