On June 26th, Servaplex hosted a standout event in collaboration with ManageEngine — a focused, hands-on workshop designed to empower IT and security professionals with modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) strategies.
Held in Dublin, this Shield NXG workshop delivered more than just technical insight, it offered real-world context, exclusive takeaways, and a few unexpected perks along the way.
Keynote Speaker: Paul C Dwyer
We kicked off the event with a powerful talk by Paul C Dwyer, President of the ICTTF and one of the world’s leading cyber security experts. His deep dive into recent ransomware attacks was a major highlight, walking us through how it happened, why it spread so quickly, and what organisations can do to prevent a similar breach in future. It wasn’t just informative; it was a wake-up call.
An Extra Touch: South Indian Coffee Boxes & Giveaways
This workshop wasn’t all dashboards and detection. Attendees were also treated to an exclusive gift: a curated box featuring authentic South Indian coffee. This detail might seem small, but it sparked great conversation and brought a unique flavour (literally) to the day. From security knowledge to Sail n Sizzle tickets and AirPods, there were plenty of surprises. These giveaways added an extra layer of excitement and kept the energy high throughout the day.

Sail n Sizzle 2025: Sun, Sea & Servaplex
On July 11th, Servaplex invited customers, partners, and friends to unwind and connect at Sail n Sizzle 2025 — an unforgettable summer evening on Dublin Bay. From scenic views to sizzling food, this wasn’t your typical corporate gathering. It was about community, conversation, and celebrating our shared journey — with a few surprises along the way.
Set Sail on Dublin Bay
The evening began with a cruise around >Dún Laoghaire, where attendees enjoyed panoramic views, fresh sea air, and good company aboard the Dublin Bay Cruise. The relaxed setting offered the perfect backdrop for casual chats and meaningful conversations.
Post-Cruise BBQ at the Royal Marine
Once we docked, the event continued at the Royal Marine Hotel with a laid-back barbecue. With delicious food and live grilling, it gave everyone a chance to mingle further and round off the evening in style.
This event was more than just a day out. It was a thank-you to the people who continue to support and grow with us — a chance to step away from the screens, catch up in person, and strengthen the relationships that matter most.
