ManageEngine Partner Meet-up
Our annual ManageEngine Partner Meet-up took place in Chennai, and it was a truly memorable event. Tim McAlpin , Gerry Cullen and Ciarán Mccarthy had a fantastic time reconnecting with the amazing ManageEngine team. From winning awards like Limitless Player and Customer Marketing Champion to celebrating a big birthday, it was truly a special event!
Intensive Training
Ciaran our pre-sales technician stayed for additional days to undergo intensive training for OpManager, Endpoint Central and Mobile Device Manager. Ciaran learned from the ManageEngine experts, including Utham V. and Jeffrey Divyan John. He will be able to take this insightful training and adapt this to the Irish market where he can help our customers and future customers.

Integrating WhatsApp with ServiceDesk Plus lets users connect with help desk technicians, they can receive notifications and access support directly via WhatsApp. A Facebook account is required to set up a business account for integration. ADAudit Update
The end of January brings us build 8500 of ADAudit. This brings us features which are highly anticipated and fixes on the product. ADAudit now integrates with Azure Intune Auditing allowing users to track activities and new device enrollments. The ADAudit Plus agent can now upgrade automatically without a push request from the ADAudit Plus server, removing the need for admin access or RPC ports.

Servaplex Event Incoming!!
Servaplex is hosting their very own ServiceDesk Plus Workshop on March 13th. This workshop will allow you to get the most out of your ServiceDesk Plus Cloud and On-Prem. This customer event will be led by ManageEngine ITSM experts, offering hands-on training and insights to help you get the most out of ServiceDesk Plus. There will be a modest fee, and customers will be able to avail of an early-bird option at a lower price.
