OpManager Plus has been rebranded as OpManager Nexus, a unified observability platform bringing together both on-premises and SaaS models under one brand.
Log360
New Features
Launching AI Alert Investigation Agent in Log360 A built-in AI agent that uses LLM-driven reasoning to autonomously investigate a selected alert and determine which actions to take based on the alert type and available data.
Enhancements
- The bundled PostgreSQL version has now been upgraded to 14.20 which ensures improved stability and compatibility.
- The Duo Universal Java SDK has been updated to version 1.3.1 to address expiring certificates in Duo’s integration bundles

New Request Ownership Delegation Optionn
- It allows you to reassign requests which are assigned to technicians during their absence by using the Assignment Time option. This can be found under Setup > Automation > Delegation > Delegate Request Ownership
Gmail Modern Authentication
- Gmail modern authentication, previously announced as beta, is now available for all users.
Key Manager Plus
Enhancements
- Added CSV export for PGP Keys Reports, with flexible scheduling in PDF, CSV, or HTML formats.
- Introduced HTML export for all reports and extended EC key support (384 & 521-bit) for SSL/TLS certificates.
Upgrade
- The Apache Tomcat upgraded from 9.0.115 to 9.0.117.
Issue Fix
- Fixed report access issue for SSL power users and resolved errors with scheduled CSV report emails.
- Addressed REST API issues and fixed missing CA/template details during certificate requests.
