- Google AI Studio Integration
ServiceDesk Plus Cloud now integrates with Google AI Studio to help streamline workflows and support improved productivity. The integration currently supports only LLM-based text models and does not include video or image generation capabilities. - Zia-Powered Collaborator Suggestion
Zia can now recommend relevant technicians, requesters, and technician groups when requests are shared, helping teams collaborate more efficiently and manage tickets faster.

ADAudit Plus Updates
New Feature
File Analysis: Now available as a licensed add-on, File Analysis helps identify high-risk files, review access activity, and optimise storage usage. It allows you to generate and export detailed reports on file storage trends, security permissions, and ownership information.
ADAudit Plus Issue Fixes
- The Duo Universal JAR has been upgraded to version 1.3.1 to resolve compatibility issues with older Duo versions approaching end-of-life on February 2, 2026.
- An issue in ADAudit Plus causing product startup failures due to keystore password corruption during SSL enablement has been resolved.

Endpoint Central Issue Fixes
- An issue where the Linux agent was re-processing patch configuration tasks that were already completed has been fixed.
- MsiExec invocation issues during agent upgrade have been fixed.
- Resolved the unintended DLL execution during agent installation.
- Fixed an issue displaying multiple BitLocker recovery keys for a single drive.
Enhancements
- Now organisations can be informed about the upcoming end of support dates for legacy macOS with the introduction of alert messages.

Log360 Issue Fixes
- Fixed the parsing issues in Fortinet VPN logs, MSSQL logs, and custom log formats.
- Support has been provided to parse Unix logs of RFC 5424 date format and source and destination MAC address fields in Sophos UTM logs.
