  • Unified Security Dashboard: Continuously monitor rule coverage, alert trends, and detection health.
  • Object-Level Filtering: Apply filters at the user, group, and OU levels across predefined rules to focus on high-value signals and eliminate noise.
  • Rule Tuning Insights: Optimise rule performance with tuning insights and recommendations to improve detection fidelity.
  • Enhanced Rule Creation & Management: Build and manage detection rules using an interactive UI for Standard, Anomaly, and Advanced rule types, which requires no complex queries.
  • Scalable Architecture Enhancements: Enjoy horizontal scalability with processor clusters, role specialisation (correlation, alerting, search), and centralised multi-site collection for consistent performance at scale.
  • Microsoft 365 Log Source Support Expanded detection coverage for Microsoft 365 audit events ensures cloud activity is included in your detection pipeline.

    Endpoint Central Updates

    Endpoint Central Bug Fixes:

    1. Fixed an issue in Endpoint Central where manual patch deployments involving Linux patches failed to proceed with “Draft Download Failed” status.
    2. Resolved issue with enabling and disabling parameters in the File Folder Operation configuration.

    Endpoint Central Enhancements

    1. Added Duration of Access field in mail templates, providing admins clearer context on temporary access approvals in the Device Control Module.
    2. Increased the device exclusion limit to support up to 2,000 devices in Secure USB configuration.

    ServiceDesk Plus Product Updates

    Behavior Changes in ServiceDesk Plus

    • SD-134423: Enabling My Activities in Requests no longer redirects users to the default requests list view.
    • SD-135355: Solution suggestions are now powered by retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), offering more accurate and context-based results.
    • Keyword-based search was replaced with a context-aware search. As per this, users should now enter short descriptive phrases instead of single keywords for better results.
    • SD-133919:Site-restricted technicians can now detach and view only service and purchase requests for their assigned sites.
