OpManager

Applications Manager
Applications Manager has upgraded its bundled PostgreSQL database server from version 11.6 to version 15.5. This upgrade includes enhanced performance and security, offering a more efficient and secure experience. The new version is compatible with the latest software, making it easier to integrate with other tools and systems. Additionally, the update simplifies maintenance tasks, ensuring that your database runs smoothly with less effort. NetFlow Analyzer
NetFlow Analyzer has expanded its support to include 22 new devices from 10 different vendors. This update boosts compatibility and simplifies integration, making it easier for you to monitor network traffic across a wider range of hardware. By supporting more devices, NetFlow Analyzer helps ensure seamless data collection and analysis, providing you with a comprehensive view of your network performance.
Firewall Analyzer
Introducing “Task Audit”, now track every change in Firewall Analyzer! This new functionality records all task-level changes within the software, providing a detailed audit trail of modifications made. Task Audit helps you monitor and manage changes more effectively, ensuring better security and compliance by allowing you to track who made changes, what was changed, and when it happened. This feature enhances transparency and accountability within your organisation’s IT infrastructure.
OpUtils
OpUtils now includes location details in the Subnet Usage Summary and IP Usage Summary reports. This enhancement allows users to view location-specific information in scheduled reports, providing better insights into network resource usage across different locations. By adding this feature, OpUtils helps you make more informed decisions about network management and resource allocation.
ManageEngine’s Solution: BSOD Resolver Tool
On July 19th, a significant number of Windows users experienced Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors following a recent update from CrowdStrike, a leading cybersecurity company known for its endpoint management solutions. This unexpected issue disrupted workflows and caused widespread frustration as many systems became unresponsive or inoperable.
In response to this issue, ManageEngine quickly developed a resolver tool to help organisations recover affected systems efficiently. This tool is designed to automatically apply a workaround that addresses the conflict, allowing users to regain access to their systems with minimal downtime.
